Modern Day Slavery and Right to Work Statement

As an employer ACC Commercial Cleaning Ltd will conduct the following checks to ensure that it employs people that are legally entitled to work in the UK and are free to do so. It will do this by:

• Conducting a right to work check on all people they intend to employ, before employing 
• For potential employees with a permanent right to work in the UK, that the company checks their documents before employing them 
• For potential employees with a temporary right to work in the UK, that the company carries out additional checks when their immigration permission is due to expire and check it has been renewed their documents before employing them 
• The company checks the potential employee is not subject to an immigration restriction that prevents them from doing the work in question.

ACC Commercial Cleaning Ltd will ensure via the above checks and using government guidance and online tools/checks as appropriate, that all employees and subcontractors are eligible and free to work in the UK.
